You’ll notice that nowhere on this website do we provide our address. Nor do we give location maps. Google our postcode – and you get a post office. There’s a good reason for this anonymous approach.
Your security.
Of course, when we begin to work together you’ll be invited to tour our state-of-the-art secure storage facilities. And when you do, the first thing you’ll notice is that our secure media and document storage depots are unmarked. No logos, no signs, nothing to indicate who we are or what we do. And the same goes for the delivery vehicles in our secure courier fleet, and our employees.
But that’s not to say we skimp on other security measures.
Quite the reverse. Here’s the spec:
- all secure media and document storage premises have extensive security features which are externally audited & approved
- all processes are in accordance with iso 27001: information security standard
- all drs staff are security cleared & bound by a non-disclosure agreement
- internal and external cctv including fixed, zoom and dome cameras linked via adsl to a dedicated 24 x 7 x 365 monitoring service
- pac and biometric access controls
- redwall intruder detection
- vesda fire detection systems linked via adsl to a dedicated 24 x 7 x 365 monitoring service
